Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase and it fits perfectly.  Sometimes that's not the case and you need a different size or the style doesn't work for you.   Here's what to do - return your item(s) to us within 15 days of your purchase date for store credit/exchange or refund.  Please make sure your item(s) meet the below criteria.  These polices help us to continue to offer you high quality clothing at a great value.

Return for store credit/exchange or refund policy:

  • We must receive your item(s) within 15 days of your purchase date to be eligible for store credit/exchange or refund. International purchases are eligible for up to 30 days.
  • Any requests for store credit/exchange or refund received after this period will not be accepted. 
  • Item(s) must be in original condition: scent free (no perfume, oils, smoke, deodorant, detergent), unworn, unwashed, no make-up or deodorant marks, unaltered, free of pet hair, with all tags attached. Please include your packing slip with the return.  
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned for store credit/exchange or refund.
  • If items do not meet the above criteria, the customer will be required to pay a $6 shipping change to have the item sent back to them.  An email will be sent to the customer and they will have 15 days after we receive the item to pay the shipping charge or the item will be donated to a local charity of our choice.
Can I send my item back past the 15 day period?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing past the 15 day policy for store credit/exchange or refund. If items are returned past this period, an email will be sent to the customer and they will have 15 days after we receive the item to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the item returned to them, or the item will be donated to a local charity of our choice.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you need to purchase the new size/item and pay for it.  Return the item you are exchanging within 15 days.  After we receive, inspect and approve per the above criteria, you will be refunded for your purchase to your original form of payment.  If you have any questions shoot us an email at info@pecanhillboutique.com and we will be happy to help!

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We accept reasonable replacement requests submitted within one week (7 days) from delivery confirmation. 

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable.
  • All jewelry
  • All intimates 
  • All sale items
  • Leggings/jeggings
